Yes you heard me right. I hate opening day. Sure it's a joyous occasion after the dormancy of winter and the long wait. But I'm being forced to go to opening day which is like standing in front of the gates at a horse race when the whistles blown. Very overcrowded (which increases the chance of me gouging an eye with my horns) And extremely long lines for Ale, food and the privies. At this point I hope for on and off rain (though it's bad for my armor and guitar) it'll still keep the half and halfs away and only the die hards will attend. "Hail Ran goddess of storms !" But I am stoked that the fair will be open for future dates. I will however have a scowl on my face opening day if it does get over crowded and I must wait for mine ale.

Well, Opening day for NYRF is drawing near. If my mission to retrieve my armor (which is at my country abode) is successful, then I shall be attending opening day. Normally I do not like to attend opening day for it increases the amount of patrons which also increases the chance of a casualty due to my long sharp horns. Although I am pretty skilled in covering them when entering a congested area (similar to how most of us avoid contact with others when yielding an umbrella) I will still try to create some sort of caps for the points to insure safety of all. I do hope to see some of you there.

Well, it looks like I'm not attending PARF this year. ): very sad indeed. I will however try to make an attempt to attend atleast one weekend at NYRF, and literally "sweat it out", being that every year that I attend NYRF it rains in the morning and then hits 90 something degrees, but I will survive. Hope all else's fairs are going we'll this year. I do miss my renspace friends, I know I'm not here often. If you miss me as well, as I've said before Blackwolf the Bard is on Facebook, and would love to meet more of you there as well as here. Until next missive, Anon good people of the Shire.

Alas the CD is on sale. A big relief for me until I start the next. I think I'll take a short sabbatical though and work on a semi-animated video for a song that will appear on the 2nd CD. Anyhow this is where you can find the CD www.cdbaby.com/cd/blackwolfthebard If for any reason you see this  label up in the top corner, don't let that deter you. Basically they don't hold a large inventory for me, so every time it gets to zero they put that sign up until they receive my new shipment (which is only about 3 business days) so if you decide you want one go ahead and backorder because it will only take about 3 more days than normal. Thanks for all the support I've gotten thus far from everyone and enjoy.
